Introduction

At Materia Libra, we are committed to promoting accessibility to ensure that people with disabilities and special needs can use and enjoy the full range of services we offer to all our customers at our service and retail points, on our website, and through our phone support.

Approximately one quarter of the population in Israel encounters accessibility challenges online, including people with visual or hearing impairments, motor disabilities, elderly users, and others.

To provide optimal, professional, and accessible service to everyone, we have made the necessary adaptations to our website and implemented accessibility guidelines wherever possible, according to the principles of Israel’s accessibility standards, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Services), 2013, Section C: Internet Services.

The website is compliant with Accessibility Standard 5568, Level AA, according to WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
Please note that the website offers translations into additional languages using a translation plugin. Local inconsistencies may occur on the translated pages due to the translation mechanism or the structure of the foreign language. We are constantly working to improve accessibility across all languages.

• Text Resizing: Allows users to easily increase text size for more comfortable reading.
• Readable Font: Converts stylized typography into a clean, standard system font to improve readability and shopping experience.
• Reset Button: Allows users to clear all custom accessibility settings and return the site to its original display instantly.

The website’s structure is built on standard accessible frameworks (Astra Theme), supporting native screen-reading software (such as NVDA, JAWS, etc.) used by visually impaired and blind users.
